Therapeutic indications: Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and / or febrile conditions.
Posology and method of administration: Use only for adults and children weighing 30 kg or more (over 12 years). Oral administration
One effervescent tablet is completely dissolved in a glass of sweetened or plain water, milk or fruit juice and drunk immediately.
Regular application avoids fluctuations in pain or temperature. An interval of at least 4 hours is required between doses.
Due to the presence of vitamin C, it is advisable to avoid the use of irBapp C at the end of the day.
-Mild to moderate pain and / or fever
Adults: the maximum daily dose is 3 g of acetylsalicylic acid.
Recommended dose: one or two tablets of 330 mg as needed
repeated at intervals of 4 hours, not exceeding 9 effervescent tablets per day.
Elderly patient: the maximum daily dose is 2 g.

Contraindications:
- known allergy to salicylates and substances with similar activity, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
- active peptic ulcer
- any congenital or acquired hemorrhagic disease
- hemorrhagic risk
- kidney stones during the use of high doses of vitamin C (more than 1 g) -when used in analgesic, anti-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory doses (> 500 mg daily), this drug is contraindicated in and from the sixth month of pregnancy
- in combination with methotrexate, if the latter is used in doses exceeding 15 minutes per week

SIDE EFFECTS:
- Effects on the central nervous system: tinnitus; feeling of reduced hearing; headache, which is usually a sign of an overdose
- Gastrointestinal effects: stomach ulcers; gastrointestinal bleeding that is visible (hematemesis, melena, etc.) or occult and cause iron deficiency anemia. The higher the doses, the greater the frequency of bleeding.
- Haematological effects: haemorrhagic syndrome (nosebleeds, bleeding gums, purpura, etc.) with prolonged bleeding time. The effect lasts from 4 to 8 days after stopping the use of acetylsalicylic acid. May cause a risk of bleeding in patients undergoing surgery.
- Hypersensitivity reactions: sensitizing reactions: Quincke's edema, urticaria, asthma, anaphylactic reactions.
- Others: abdominal pain
- High doses of vitamin C (over 1 g) can cause the formation of oxalate stones and uric acid stones in certain individuals, and may increase the hemolysis of patients with ARI deficiency in forms with chronic hemolysis.
Overdose: Overdose is observed in elderly patients and especially in young children (therapeutic overdose or frequently observed accidental poisoning) which can be fatal. Clinical symptoms:
• moderate intoxication: tinnitus, hearing loss, headache, vertigo, nausea are symptoms of overdose and they can be controlled by reducing the dose.
