·      Data involved in disputes or investigations: retained until resolution or claim expiry.

·      Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your personal data.

For individuals providing services via the Marketplace (e.g., sellers, couriers):

·      Geographic location while logged into the app

·      Data is retained as long as the service provider’s account is active, unless further retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

·      After account closure, data is stored for an additional 3 years.

·      Accounting data: retained for 7 years.

·      Data related to suspected offences or fraud: retained for 10 years.

·      Data involved in disputes or investigations: retained until resolution or claim expiry.

·      After data is no longer needed, it is deleted, securely destroyed, or anonymized.

·      Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your personal data.

·      Personal data related to transactions may be retained by counterparties for up to 1 month.

 

How We Protect Your Personal Data

We maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Keep your passwords confidential.
